This place is falling apart.First of all, when you walk in their beverage cooler is broken.The shelves are falling down.They have a broken line up here Sign had to wait ten minutes For my change Because the cashier decides to walk away and work the drive Through window Absolutely ridiculous Over.
Hearing other customers saying that their orders aren't made properly.That's agreeable

I ordered and asked for the bathroom key. They gave me my food and then walked me to the dirtiest bathroom — where I was expected to take me food with me? Thankfully I wasn’t alone and left my breakfast with my daughter while I used the facilities. The wall across from the toilet that I pitched above was absolutely gross. The base of the toilet, the whole floor, clearly had not seen cleaning products in a very long time.

This location will abaolutely scam you and miscarge you and you will not be able to get ahold of the location, the manager or get help from the company. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS FROM THIS LOCATION. They do not provide them upfront like mcdonalds or A&W, you have to ask BECAUSE they add small charges to your bill. I had to go back to ask for a refund for my order that they messed up 4 of the 6 items on and when i got the receipt for my bill that was charged to my card with my visa # on it, it had extra items I did not order NOR did I receive. I have been reaching out for OVER ONE MONTH to have this corrected and to let the company know of this locations business tactics. Disgusting. If they charge all customers going through the drive thru an extra $2 or so, theyre making a pretty penny by the end of their shift. Absolute scammers. I filed with the BBB.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive through. We ordered two cheese bagels Toasted with cream cheese. The woman who was working the drive-through cut us off and didn’t let us finish ordering. When I got to the window, I said to her that we would also like to order coffees. She rudely said she asked if we wanted coffees and I had said no. Which we did want coffees, So why would I have said no?
I ended ordering one coffee and I didn’t end up getting another one for myself because I just felt like that would be too much for them. I also wanted to get a gift card for my aunt’s Christmas gift and she told me they do not have gift cards at that location. Very disappointed with the customer service!

Burnt both my sandwiches and gave me dry donuts. Trying to eat that sandwich was not cool, I wasted 30 dollars and the only thing they got right was out French vanilla, and that some from a machine, thank god.

just went through their drive thru and the girl handed me the coffee with the lid not on properly and as soon as I took it from her the lid opened and half the coffee spilt in my lap.. I had to go inside to use the washroom and get my order inside and not one person from the staff apologized. I ended up getting burns on my legs. Thanks Tim hortons! always a pleasure.

Rudest customer service. Ordered a pecan banana muffin and a medium coffee with two cream and one stevia. I got to work, took a bite out of my muffin, it was hard and old. My coffee was stale, not fresh at all and they didn’t even make it how I ordered it.
I tossed both items in the garbage and am now out $5.
I’ve given up on Tim Hortons, the service and quality has gone done hill ever so quickly.

Waited at the counter to place an order for 5-10min while staff were on their phone more interested in their WhatsApp chat then actually helping. After finally getting their attention they appeared irritated to have to take an order an provide some semblance of service.

I am not the type of person who usually leaves a google review but ordered a breakfast wrap from this location and I guess they are happy to serve you cheese that has already gone bad. Honestly impressed they got it to bend in the wrap because it was hard and dry.

Extra annoying after waiting ten minutes for the food even though it wasn’t busy.
I do not recommend food from this location
