I arrived at this location about 10ish am this morning 01/09/26 I ordered a steep tea and a blt bagel paid $9.95 I started drinking my tea while waiting for my bagel. She handed me my sandwich and I started to leave and while looking at my sandwich I noticed it was the wrong sandwich and burnt I returned to the counter and told her it was wrong she said no its not thats what you ordered I said no I ordered a blt bagel she just was rude and kept saying no didn't offer to make a new one like she should have so I put the sandwich on the counter and told her to throw it in the garbage will never go back there again didn't offer a new sandwich refund nothing but rudeness

Worst cashier at the drive through, wanted to add something to my order and she’s telling me next time you have to order at the speaker not here, and i wanted to ask for my receipt but they just left the window closed and laughing inside. Nothing much to say really, but only concern I have is regarding food safety because a phone, that looks like a personal phone, is placed on top of the sandwich station.

I, wanted to give a huge shout-out to the team at this Tim Hortons location, especially during the busy morning rush! The customer service was truly exceptional. The staff was moving quickly and efficiently, but still took the time to be friendly and patient.
