This Tim’s has been part of my daily routine for the last 5 years and I have to say the quality and consistency has degraded so much it’s very disappointing.
Lack of staff, lack of training… kitchen is disgusting, orders are always wrong… real shame what happened to this once wholesome franchise.

Can confirm that they don't put sugar in the double doubles. Rarely go here but this is like the third time they didn't put any sugar in the coffee.
