I had really really bad experience at this location! The staff here has immense amount of attitude and do not care about any kind of service at all! The person in front of us had to wait for more than 5 minutes to place an order! The girls there kept rolling their eyes and did not want to be there at all! One of the worst times experience ever! There is a girl with glasses she showed me her attitude
If you don’t wanna work just stay at your home we are here for our coffee not for your attitude.

Often stop by this Tim Hortons drive-thru before heading to work nearby, but today had the chance to place order inside the store for the first time. The overall experience was quite good. The dining area is small, yet comfortable, and it’s nice that dine-in service is available. The staff were nice, and the service was quick and efficient.
This location is conveniently part of a gas station and convenience store, with other good establishments nearby, making it a practical stop for anyone working in the area.

On December 16 at around 7:30 a.m., we visited this Tim Hortons and ordered two coffees. Unfortunately, there was no sugar available at that time. When we asked for assistance, the supervisor on duty spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner.

It was early in the morning, and the interaction completely affected our mood. We expect courteous and respectful service, especially from a supervisor. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management looks into this to ensure better customer service in the future.

I've come here a few times now and the service has been always very bad. You see the staff walking around but they're not taking orders and you have to wait a long time. Last time I ordered a small coffee and it was cold. I think I'll find another tim Horton to go to next time

Everytime they messup my order. Inorder farmers egg and cheese on a biscuit and ended up getting egg and cheese only. Thats really frustrating. They Really need to pay attention what customer is asking for. It happened with me 4-5 times already.

Very slow service. I got a bagel muffin and donut and they were all stale and rock hard. Nothing here is fresh. They also messed up my coffee. Don't go here this place should probably be shut down or put under new management.

We attempted to make a small order via drive-thru just now. We have three kids with us- ordered 3 donuts, a coffee, and my partner asked about the 2/$7 crispy chicken wraps- “what flavors do you have?”. The attendant replied “buffalo, cilantro, slow cooked, and crispy chicken.” We did NOT understand so we drove up to the window to clarify. When we got a better answer, we finished ordering and then we were told that “we cannot take orders at the window. You have to come inside the store”. No, we’re not unstrapping a toddler and 2 kids to come talk to you face to face on the other side of the counter. There were no cars behind us.
Drove away without snacks.
Haven’t laughed this hard at the absurdity of it all in a while. Thanks for the lols.
