I stop at this Tim’s every morning and the ladies here are always so friendly. I usually have a pretty big order and they get it right and ready super quick. If there’s ever a little mistake, they’re always happy to fix it right away. Makes my mornings way easier—love coming here!

The manager is super confrontational, yells, and talks over. People doesn’t take their concerns into consideration whatsoever the staff there have no idea what they’re doing. They screw up the order every day they never make it right. Their employees are always right over a customer. The complete experience was an absolute nightmare, not recommended I ordered an ice cap light with a shot of espresso did not receive light or espresso shot

Messed up order i got a coffee asked for chai late after driving to 3 closed tim Hortons finally found one that was opened 24 hrs. Barnstable wasn't paying attention just chatting with her friends. Super disappointed

I've given this location a couple chances because it's close to work but no matter how many times I try to confirm with the person taking my order that they understand my order, they never have any idea what I'm saying and they never manage to get it right and then act super inconvenienced when I ask for it to be made correctly. I'm just not gonna go to this location again, but I don't think its crazy to expect the people taking my order to be able to understand what I'm ordering and make it correctly loool
