I go in roughly every morning just after opening.. I've never had a negative experience.. it is quite chaotic sometimes I can tell..with only 2 staff up front with the morning rush. Sometimes it's just one lady working the drive through and the counter inside. While the other lady is in the back preparing/ making breakfast sandwiches... I think they do a wonderful job and they always have great spirits and energy.

As Tim Hortons goes, this place is well placed, and has a decent setup barring the drive thru which may be difficult for larger or wider vehicles. The quality is a standard Tim Hortons experience. The food is... Tim's. I don't know what else you're expecting.
