I visited this place yesterday in the evening. The staff greeted me with a smile. So I would give 5 star rating for the staff first. I had ice cap and bagel there. It was excellent experience there. I would like to visit it again.
I visit this restaurant so many times because of the quality of food. The staff is very cooperative and always provide best service towards their customers.
All staff members are so cooperative, they always help each other with the order and try to give better quality of food to customers.
Ordered in drive-through. Asked for a tasty looking stacker sandwich... don't have the ingredients. Ok fine, won't order that, I guess. Ask for Boston creme donut, don't have any of those either. Ok fine, won't order that, I guess. I ordered 2 drinks, 1 large regular coffee and 1 large iced coffee, 2 cream,no sweetener, and 1 20 pack tim bits. That's it. 3 simple items. Pull up to the window, and she's got 2 hot coffees, no iced coffee, and no 20 pack tim bits......for fvck sakes tim hortons, get you shyt together.
I really like that place because staff is too friendly especially panveer. He always provide good hospitality
Service was poor

This place is the absolute worst, they can’t do anything any of the regular Tim Hortons do so they tell you you can’t order half the things on the menu. If it’s not a full service Tim Hortons, it should have its own menu of stuff available so that the staff aren’t constantly having to tell customers no. I always find the staff to be extremely rude, but I don’t blame them because it must be annoying. Having to tell people no all day.

They don’t have 90% of the food menu that the rest of Tim Hortons has. Despite the fact that the normal menu appears on the drive-through. The coffee was awful. Highly recommend going basically anywhere else.

The elder lady was very rude and looked like she didn't want to be there .. and trying to rush people along when ordering.. I have 3 girls under 10 and they take forever.. but patience is a virtue

I have gone to this Tim Hortons a few times as I work in the area. I’m not sure if it is an equipment or staff problem, but the food often tastes stale (such as the egg in the bagel belt being tough, or the bagel itself being very dry). In addition, the staff often gets frustrated when you are ordering things from the drive through and make it seem like they do not want you to order too many things, often they sigh or cut you off. Therefore, I stopped going to this location. Instead I go to the Tim Hortons up the hill on the other side of Fraser hwy (just 2 min away). The food I get there is not stale, tastes good, and the staff are nice.
