If I could leave no stars I would… MY ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG… even if I go through it after making sure they heard me right I get my food and it’s WRONG… so bloody frustrating

French vanilla tastes like water. Location was pretty busy and the staff handled orders efficiently but this was the first time I tasted a terrible French vanilla. The aroma was there but the taste was just water which is disappointing. Tried the dream doughnut caramel brownie something which was okay.

This location has to deal with so many issues because the city cant help keep violet people away. The bathrooms are horrible, but that is because people try to break in to them, they should not have to deal with this

I did enjoy going to this place in the past but now I am very disappointed in the way the employees have been treating me very rude and making so many mistakes. At first I shrugged it off but now I’m really upset as five times in a row I have been miserable leaving this place. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE VERY DISAPPOINTED

Their food is pretty bad. They treat homeless people horrible. They literally do not understand empathy for people. I've heard comments being made against people that are not Indian. Will not ever go here again
So dirty inside this tim hortons. No cleaning floor so messy….everyside garbage….

Two days in a row now, they have served me regular coffee. My order was dark roast with espresso, quite the difference in taste. I phoned and spoke with the manager and asked if maybe their machines were broken, they were not. I told her my complaint, I could not hear her and was hung up on 😞

This is one of the bad locations that cannot put strawberry jam inside the croissant, lots of Tim Hortons says ken but this one cannot. Makes 0 sense - Nutella yes, butter yes - jam - no 🤷🏻♂️
