Very disappointing visit. I ordered a medium steeped tea and a plain croissant toasted with butter, but the tea wasn’t hot, the croissant was cold, stale, and not toasted, with a lump of butter inside. On top of that, the girls working there were too busy chatting with each other instead of serving customers. Poor food quality and poor service.

This location seems to have different rules than other tim Hortons! We have been here few times and asked for certain things, but they don't serve them during certain times, if you google they are supposed to, go a few hundred feet to a different timmies and voila they serve you what you ask for.
Will not be going back, bad customer service!

they made a substitution to my order and couldn't be bothered to tell me ... but they know 95% of there business is take-out and no ones going to check there food till they get home. IF YOUR OUT OF SOMTHING ..TELL THE CUSTOMER! Not the first time I have had problems with the food I ordered here. If you want anything other than coffee ... make the trip to the Tim's up on Logan Ave.

This as some other Tim Hortons restaurants need a little of customer service well training, as some employees are working unhappy or frustrated with their job.

Other important information, I had ordered more than two times by Tim Hortons app and stayed waiting in the order pick up for a minimum of 15 minutes each time, where my order was supposed to be printed or showed up on the employee side orders to do. And after a while the employee asked what I was waiting for, and I answered and showed my app, saying I was waiting for a mobile order. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Supervisors and managers, please check those two issues to avoid customer disappointment.

Absolute worst customer service. Completely ignored us for 10mim than finally took the order. Another 10mim to get 2 med lattes. Restaurant very unclean.
ps. Both drive thru and restaurant were not busy at all.
