Service was terrible. We had to flag the server down after 15 min. She took our drink order then ignored us for 25 min. She was more interested in seethe table of six across from us. She walked by us with a half tray of drinks for the table of six while we waited 25 min for her to return with our two drink order. Food was below average. Maybe because the townhall was sold they just don't care? Although it's kinda always been just meh. Dublin crossing is way better.

Servers need to check the food before it's delivered to the table! Two human hairs were cooked in one meal. That meal wasn't charged, but turned off one of my guests. The server who took our order ws great, but the one who delivered ours meals eas not.

Three of us made a reservation for my wife's birthday and it was a Friday night. The food was quite good, everyone was happy with what they ordered and the service was excellent all night. There was a large party that blocked off half the restaurant, but we didn't mind that at all. It was the 1-2 tables near us that were EXTREMELY loud all evening so much that we could hardly talk to each other with the drunken shouting going on. I really wish someone had just told them to tone it down a bit, other tables were not happy either. It is bad when a table of 8 is louder than an entire Christmas party! A bit disappointing. We would go back, food is very good and they did their best with a busy evening.

We come on a Monday night when appies were half off. I counted three other customers there. They were training a new server and it was hard to hear her over the music; which wasn’t too loud.
It took a while for our food to come but it was good. We had the beehive pizza which is basically honey on pepperoni. We ordered it for the novelty of it and it was good but nothing special. The wings were perfectly cooked; crisp and juicy. There wasn’t enough sauce in my opinion but I enjoyed dipping it in the crispy Brussels sprout sauce. It was the BEST part of the meal and I’m obsessed with it. I’ll come back for that alone.
We also ordered the truffle tator tots and it was also really enjoyable.
We also had the caeser and Lucky lager. Both really good. An overall delicious experience

It's always great at Townhall. The staff are fantastic, the atmosphere is fun. Food is excellent, though the brownie wasn't the greatest. Pizza, wings, fries, brunch...all 10/10!

Spent over $220+ with a business meeting. The food was cold and had to wait so long for drinks. Should have got a credit or discount

Decent weekend family brunch spot. The quality of the food was pretty decent. Service was inconsistent. We waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us/seat us despite a mostly empty section, and watched others have the same issue, with 1 server but not the other. Will go back but fully expect to wait.

Well, I ordered the breakfast special with poached eggs. I ordered the eggs poached medium and of course they came hard all in all, though it was a great breakfast for the value.

The food is really poor.
The service is good, though.

My family of three came here on August 30 2024 @5:30 pm
Two of us ordered the beef dip with casar salad and the aujus, the sandwiches were good along with the salad but the aujus was full of salt it's like the chef just poured the whole box of salt in the pan , I would think that the chef would be tasting their food while it's being made.
We proceed to tell the bartender and he said yes he. Had a beef dip earlier and it was salty, I would think the bartender should have said something to the chef or even told us when we ordered because we had a choice of dips with the sandwiches, this cost us $130 dollars with tip I don't think we will be back

I don’t understand JRGs obsession with closing their establishments at 9pm. Most of them are bars.

It’s a must go place in Langley for happy hours and great service from the bar tenders.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the food. It’s clear that it is precooked frozen and very oily.
