Came here for their signature high tea set. Adorable little café and the atmosphere was perfect! I even got a candle on my cupcake since we were celebrating my birthday!
Keep in mind that your table is reserved for 1 hour and 45 min as they need time to clear and clean up for the next reservation! My friends and I lost track of time catching up and laughing away. It felt very very home-y!

Mother’s Day Disappointment I was really looking forward to celebrating Mother’s Day at Tracycakes. I had heard great things and was excited to treat my mom, who’s currently undergoing chemo, to a special outing. Getting her out of the house isn’t easy these days, so this meant a lot to us.
Although we arrived a little late due to parking and helping my mom and nieces inside first, we were initially greeted politely. However, as the visit went on, the atmosphere changed. Toward the end of our reservation, a staff member told us we had 10 minutes left, which we understood. But shortly after, another staff member came by and rather abruptly told us they needed the table. We felt rushed, especially compared to other tables around us who didn’t seem to be getting the same treatment.
Then, a woman came over to my friend and very curtly asked her to take a photo of their team. Her tone was unfriendly, and my friend had to ask several times if she was actually being asked to take the photo. Later, when we were outside taking family photos, the same woman apparently told my friend to move, and again, it didn’t come across as respectful.
What really bothered us was how uncomfortable and unwelcome we all felt. We couldn’t help but wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that we’re people of color. We don’t want to assume, but the way we were treated stood in stark contrast to how others around us were treated — and that left a lasting impression.
Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Ordered 36 cupcakes for my daughters birthday with all vanilla icing. Came with half chocolate icing. Went to pick up and was told baker cannot fix. Ordered 3 days in advance, still wrong. Definitely upset considers we paid $4.5 per cupcake..

Hi, This place is lovely, their High tea is met with great food, service and setting, the only hang up is they serve a tasty Devonshire cream substitute made in house, but advertise it as Devonshire cream on their website, I spoke to Tracy last week and relayed this to her, but it didn't go over well, I explained everything else is top notch, and I myself have come here and enjoy it. I feel they either have to change the websites description or make real Devonshire/Clotted/Cornish cream.
This place was fantastic! If I can give more stars I would. The food was light and perfect amount. The atmosphere was light and airy. The ladies were so nice and accomidaing. I highly recommend.

Lovely place, good service and food but a bit overpriced. Doesn't specify whether is per person and I guess is a bit too much almost 150$ for a tray with mini treats on top, 3 scones in the middle plate and little pieces of sandwiches on the bottom one . I really thought 40$ was the price for the tray, not per person. 25$ max per person would have been reasonable.
