Went yesterday for my son's Birthday and it was the best experience. We had Hightea for 6 people and got so much food and a great variety. The tomato pesto sandwich is something I will be dreaming of! Large tea selection and very tasty. The staff were kind, helpful and attentive . Made his Birthday very special, we will be back.

ordered the cake for my engagement party from Tracycakes because I’ve been a fan for years, the communication and planning of the cake went super smoothly and it turned out EXACTLY how I’d pictured it. It tasted delicious, everyone loved it. a huge success! :) highly recommend them for any events

We went here for high tea yesterday and it was delicious! Super cute atmosphere and lovely staff.
The person in our party who booked it for my daughter and I didn’t tell the staff of our dietary restrictions. I called the morning of and realized the person didn’t let the staff know. The staff was very understanding and helpful. I was quite overwhelmed trying to figure it out last minute but the staff absolutely helped us figure something out. I’m super grateful because my daughter had been looking forward to this for quite some time and normally doesn’t get things like this with her dietary needs. So thanks to the staff for making this happen!

Came here for high tea with my friend for her bday, the atmosphere was clean and nice, our server was lovely, and all of the food was delicious. They even accomodated my one food allergy. Plenty of food, fantastic tea. The earl grey with lavender was so nice, and they had oat milk when asked. Price was very reasonable. Would love to come back!

Tracycakes is a lovely place to have tea, a sandwich from the menu, soup, high tea, or just a pastry. It's a very cozy yet elegant tea house. Service was wonderful, keeping in mind that the server has to take orders, clean tables, make hot drinks, and serve food - they are like a hostess/barista/server all in one. She did an amazing job keeping everyone happy even though she was pulled in many directions from people ordering at the counter, to taking orders at tables, serving food, welcoming guests, etc. What a lovely ambiance this place has. I would recommend Tracycakes for anyone looking to enjoy a cozy breakfast, a quiet lunch or an elegant afternoon tea. Go and see for yourself - enjoy!

We live close by and have been passing by this place every single day so really wanted to try it out unfortunately won’t be coming back! Ordered the School with jam and cream. The scone had powdered sugar on it and was doughy. I have never ever had a scone with powdered sugar on it let alone for it to be doughy. chai latte was absolutely delicious! Lunch we ordered a veggie Panini, which came with a side salad and the dressing salad and the dressing were fantastic veggie Panini not good at all. It was not properly toasted, and it was very wet as a sandwich. I’ve had much much better sandwiches. It’s such a shame I had put a lot into my expectations for this place and was looking forward so much to having a lovely delicious lunch and experience, but it was quite the opposite. Service was great But unfortunately won’t be coming back. I’ll go to my other places for a great delicious sandwiches And delicious properly cooked scones.

Beautiful location for coffee, tea or lunch. Atmosphere is unique and very cozy. Food and service are excellent. They also shoot some movies at this locations, so we recognized it immediately.
