I realize more people review fast food places to complain but still surprised at the low score. Service is good, food is good. This is the cleanest fast food place you’ll go to - we often stop in here because we know we’ll get a consistent tasty burger and sit at a clean table.

Decided to pop in for one of their breakfast sandwiches and probably was the worst mistake ever. It look like a pile of crap served on a bun squished to hell and absolutely disgusting. Absolutely dissatisfied

I travel around the lower mainland for work . I like triple o’s sunny start sandwiches. About 2 years ago they started pre cooking massive amounts of fried eggs and reheating them ! Some franchises have perfected this and they are somewhat edible. Some are served cold and barley anything on the bun is reheated . Quite a disappointment that maybe head office should step in and rectify quality control . Now here is another problem if you order a sunny start with bacon make sure you ask for the bacon crispy or it will be near raw ! Last visit to this location this is their version of extra crispy bacon! Check out photo . I will never again go to this location ! The best one is on 201 and 96th on the one way don’t go to the 232nd location poorly run bad quality !!!

I went to the drive-thru today to order two chicken strip combos. To be honest, I actually meant to order one's kid combo but I ordered it wrong so that's on me. Not a problem i'll take the blame on that one.
During ordering she asked me what I wanted to drink after asking for a combo. To be that means the drink is included..right? Well apparently not. Or I got ripped off.
I was charged $40 for two chicken strips meals. To round up it was $12 for the food, $3 for the combo, ANOTHER $3 for a drink then $2 for fry upgrade (which I excepted).
To top it off I didn't get any of my honey mustards which is really one of the main reason I choose Triple Os for chicken vs another place. So I got to listen to my toddler constantly ask for her dippy dips once we got to the park.
I don't know if this is common practice for them or I was ripped off but officially done with Triple Os and will be letting others know as well - overpriced, rip off and you don't even get your entire order.

The people that work there can't even understand what your saying so don't ever expect to get your order right. Also like to make you pull up in front parking when there isnt even parking available .

Consistently slow service at this location and awful quality control. Waited 15 minutes for my “6 to 7 minute wait,” and they got a burger wrong. Replaced the burger and forgot the frappe I ordered. Fast food service like this is why minimum wage shouldn’t be raised

Gas station food dressed up as white spot . Burger is expensive service is what you'd expect and it's an out of desperation experience . Soggy fries and really processed burger experience.
Really yummy veggie burger and clean location thx
Horrible customer service
