Consistently slow service at this location and awful quality control. Waited 15 minutes for my “6 to 7 minute wait,” and they got a burger wrong. Replaced the burger and forgot the frappe I ordered. Fast food service like this is why minimum wage shouldn’t be raised

The service was amazing. Food... was not. I've always liked TO'S, because of the quality. Just felt missing today. Just didn't taste the same. There wasn't a line up, or being slammed with orders. Just quality in general has gone done. This will continue, as it did in the US.

Garbage. These crooks charge the highest prices for the subpar food the belch out. The burgers came looking as if they had been sat on and the pattys were forgotten on the grill. Black charring on the edges. One bite even hurt my sons tooth and he mentioned the"hard crunchy part". I haven't even made it to the rest of the meals review. The fries. I'm waiting to see who in the house gets sick from these. Black. Burnt. One looked moldy. Sick sad looking soggy little pouches of what looked more like fishing bait than consumable food. Figured as a treat try the deep fried pickles. Compare these to tangy used oxy pads. I thought the fries were a disgusting display of soggy uneatable grease pads the pickles I wouldn't feed to my worse enemy. All in all triple o's has got to be hands down the worse place to give your money. There are a few and I figured out was just the particular one. Given them all a chance and come to the conclusion don't go there. McDonald's has more dignity and professionalism.
Ordered delivery and they messed up all three of our burgers. When we re-ordered, they called us asking if that was actually what we wanted to order. We explained there was a mistake and we just wanted our correct order and they said it wasn't a mistake, they purposefully changed the order because they thought we'd like it better?!
They tried to scam us for each order by giving us WAY less than the ingredients we ordered - one burger had a patty missing, one had all of the condiments and vegetables and an extra patty missing, and the other had two patties missing!
I've never been somewhere that purposefully messes up your order like that... only reason I'm giving it two stars is we got our food correct the second time. Weird as it is ridiculous.
