Staff shows attitude, they lie about grilled onions being out of stock cuz they don’t wanna have to do some extra work. They also gave me a beef sandwich when I ordered veggie which deeply hurt my religious beliefs. Won’t be coming back here.

I ordered original sunny start from uber eats app, you can select bacon sausage or mushrooms, I selected mushrooms and in special notes mentioned no mushrooms, still it came with bacon on it, when i called triple os about the order and saying I gave instructions and ate one with bacon as I dont eat any meat, she said “ oh thats fine no worries” she did not understand that I dont eat and I mentioned and this is response I get, she is clearly not trained. they give false order. beware guys this guys just don’t care

I had a very frustrating experience at Triple O’s today. The drive-through line was unbelievably slow, and after waiting way too long without any movement, I ended up leaving without getting my food. The person in front of me also gave up and drove off. What made it worse was seeing the staff inside just standing around and chatting with each other instead of paying attention to the customers waiting. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. I won’t be coming back.

$11.33 for a paper thin piece of chicken- i remember when they were 2-3 times as thick. Well this was it for me, done with tripple o’s the value and customer service just isn’t there anymore. What a shame another great Canadian restaurant ruined by corporate greed of cutting costs.
