Food was terrible
We went to Triple O’s by White Spot at the Langley Event Centre (7888 200 St) during the Vancouver Giants game on October 26, 2025, around 5:20 PM. The older caucasian woman at the counter did something very unhygienic. She was picking up fries with her bare fingers from the shelf to which they have fallen to from the individual containers and putting them into a new container to give to us. She was even looking around while doing it, making sure nobody noticed — but we were watching her.
When I confronted her, she said she has to pick them up with her fingers, which is not true. You should never touch food like that with bare hands, especially after touching the payment machine. I asked her to replace the fries because of what happened, and she looked annoyed and didn’t want to do it. She finally did, but not in a nice way — she basically pushed the container with fries toward us.
She also didn’t give us the sauces we asked for and was rude the whole time. Very disappointed and concerned about food safety and customer service.

Review is of Googles listing, not the food counter. Google lies and says it is open regular business hours, but it only serves food for events.
Burgers are as you’d expect. However, not too impressed by the waiting time at this location. Staff are inconsistent in service with some being quite unfriendly.
Good Service.Spacious room/hall.Guests felt valued, I think.
A local place to watch great hockey with the WHL playoffs now on. Tickets are reasonable.
Can't even finish a milkshake with these garbage straws....what has society come to, have to bring my own straws plus pay 8 bucks for a milkshake. Lol
The worst location ever!!! Staff is rude! And takes them 20 mins to make a milkshake! They forget half the stuff in your order.
Staff is unprofessional

Poor service
I attended the restaurant for breakfast. I was given a bag with no eating utensils. When I asked for some so I could eat the breakfast I was advised they were out of eating utensils. The breakfast was not edible. The sausage was hard and greasy and I had nothing to spread on the three(?) hash browns they gave me. And the price was over $14.00 for this meaT that I ended up throwing away. To be honest I have eaten at other Triple O lolocationand although they are expensive, they served delicious food. It was only this location that was so poor an eating experience. I then walked the short distance to Tim Hortons for breakfast..
My wife and I stopped in for lunch prior to the lockdown preventing sit-down dining options. I I had my usual Bacon Cheddar Burger with reg fries. Food was hot and was ready promptly. Eating area was clean with both table and booth seating. Enjoyable lunch and would return again. See photos.
Third time I've been to this lacation and hands down the worst tripple Os french fries I have ever had. They don't listen to what your ordering even tho it seems like they are. All three time's when i get home to eat and realize they have screwed something up.Thunbs down. Highly recomend driving to the one at 232. I've never had an issue there.
Great food and the game was amazinh
