The food was prepared better than other locatikns, however my order was missing items.Out of the three persons I dealt with, only the one who brought the finished order was slightly friendly and polite. The other two has the most negative attitude.This is a common I have found in nearly 80% of fast food locations. It's the reason I've actually cut back going to these places. They brag about their food through their marketing, but nearly ALL fast food businesss need to RETRAIN their staff.Might be going back, but will ask for the employee with the friendly attitude to help me. A very nice lady who cares about her work.We need more of these. I worked the industry. It's like any job, find the best in YOU, and you will AMPLIFY it through your work ethic.
Stopped in for lunch drive through was not busy but a couple cars and nobody in the dinning room or at the counter. Two staff were working at the front neither greeted me nor said hey we are busy we will be right with you….No eye contact nothing. After a few minutes I walked out sorry but the basics are greet and acknowledge the customer. Most customers can see if you’re busy and will have patience. In this case they were not hustling so they couldn’t have been that busy.I’ll try again but this was a fail.

I ordered buffalo chicken burger without bacon but still they add bacon in it . So I have to throw it ????

All the lights for the drive thru were off at 9:25 open sign was off. Went thru the drive thru and they were open. Asked what time they closed and told me in a few mins online it says there open till 10. Ordered my food asked for ketchup just to have the lady roll her eyes for me. Seems to me they don’t get paid enough. Never coming back.

July 30th 10 pm staff very pushy and argumentative. When I informed them they had made a mistake the lady argued with me over it when she should've just said "okay ill fix that" very simple. I've been coming here for a while and I've never had such a rude staff member. Would give 4 to 5 stars today if it weren't for her.
