This is the best triple O’s location by far in the Lower mainland. The service and food quality is way better than any other location near by . And Nikki has to be the best Triple O’s team member I have ever come across, always very efficient and very kind . I travel for work and enjoy Triple O’s /white spot food . A lot of franchises lately have let their food quality down. This location still in my opinion has not and had people that enjoy their job working their and it shows . Wish more people working for this organization were like Nikki and her fellow crew members. I will skip going to other locations and make a point of going to this one . ! They especially shine with the quality of the breakfast menu compared to a lot of other locations that serve cold reheated pre cooked fried eggs . At this location at least your Sunny start and other breakfast items are served hot ! Keep up the good work and thank you !!!

“I had a really good experience here. The service was excellent, and the staff were very professional, friendly, and kind. I was parked at the truck stop for a few days and felt very comfortable the whole time. The food was delicious and freshly made, with plenty of options to enjoy. It’s a great spot for truck drivers to take a break, relax, and have a good meal. Extremely disappointed as I went in to order a hamburger triple o sauce and ended up with a chicken burger just a piece of roast chicken and a bun no sauce and very plain and disgusting....I should have known after the burger was ready less then a minute after I ordered it ...almost like it was in the kitchen waiting for someone to order...first and last time I will go to this location

Bought a poutine about 2 months ago and the cheese was bad and smelled disgusting it was sour almost, almost made me vomit so i threw it away. Decided to try again today for lunch thinking it was just a bad day that one time, me and my brother both got poutines and the cheese was yet again bad! Disappointed spending almost $15 to just have to throw it in the garbage. And when I say bad I dont even understand how the workers dont realize and put it on the food as you can literally smell it strongly. The burger was good but definitely wont be returning after 3 bad experiences with rotten food.
So it cost extra to get a bag for your food. A large drink is really more like a small or medium. In a plastic cup with a paper straw ( make that make sense) And there's a freaking pickle on top of the bun. British Columbia? More like British California. I mean locals are probably used to this crap but it's ridiculous and doesn't make any sense.

Took over 30 mins in the drive thru. Teach your employees how to use simple skills about which order to charge the people coming through the drive thru and not charge them for the 70 dollar order behind you. Also refusing to only refund in cash verses refunding the amount to my card which I paid with it for is extremely unprofessional. Now I am I inconvenienced by having to go to the bank and deposit the refund on my own time, when all I wanted was a double double.
Never coming back to this location ever again. It’s not that hard people!!!

My experience at Triple O’s was fantastic, largely due to the excellent service provided by an agent i didn't hear her name well. But it was (Sukhi) or (sukhmeet) at date 9/6/2024 at 8621 201 Sreet she was amazing attentive, and made me feel incredibly welcome. A true asset to the restaurant!
