Drive through order on Thursday July 10th at 10:30am for grilled chicken caesar salad. When I reached work, realized they didnt give me salad dressing. Called and spoke to supervisor on duty. She apologized and asked me to come back to get the dressing. I am at work. That wouldnt work. She said she cant do anything but give her staffs feedback. I get it she cant solve my issue at that point of time but to expect me to drive back just to get an essential part of my lunch because their staffs forgot to pack it in in the first place is totally mot acceptable. Ended the call then to realizr , they didnt give me cutleries either!!!

Sprite tasted like soap, 3/4 of my fries were in the bag instead of the fry cup. Baconator, extremely average, incorrect amount of bacon. This location has been going down steadily in quality over the years. Avoid unless you are starving.

Ordered in the Drive through and had a special on my phone for 2 spicy chicken burgers but before putting my order in I asked if they could be made without the spicy chicken patties and just regular and they said yes and just to confirm when I placed the order that they would not be spicy son2 times I was told they would not be spicy.
Got my order home and of course they were spicy
Definitely do not recomend this place if they can not follow simplybdirection what else are they getting wrong with your meal.buyer beware

Ordered through drive through, asked for poutine with extra cheese curds and they dumped yellow cheese sauce all over it. Also got two of the mushroom and bacon burgers, asked for and paid for extra cheese and extra mushrooms on both of them. Which they didnt do but they dumped what must be an entire bottle of their creamy garlic spread. 35 dollers for absoloute trash. Do not go here.

Ordered Dave's single combo and make the fries poutine. Someone didnt understand poutine so that didnt happen. The top bun was half wet with some sort of liquid and what seem to be a raw french frie sunk in the mayo. So the order was deemed unfit for human consumption and disposed of.
Decent fast food, especially if you customize the burgers as many add ones are free. Good, free wifi unless the place is packed.

This woman thinks she is God's gift to hamburgers but should not be serving the public. Do not go to this location until the store manager takes responsibility for this behavior
