Edit 2 weeks later: nothing has improved, they’ve forgotten my bacon that I’ve paid for twice since I wrote this… and I think employees have gotten ruder. Now instead of just being blunt & impersonal, they also rush you and continually cut you off as you’re ordering. I said “with bacon please” atleast twice during my order today… probably didn’t hear me cuz she kept cutting me off. Not to mention the piece of clear plastic wrap in my fries today that ended up in my mouth because I didn’t see it/expect it… makes me question the cleanliness… piece of a glove… hairnet? I don’t even want to know. Don’t think I’ll be giving this Wendy’s anymore of my $.. Don’t bother here, go to the one near Walmart instead, they actually listen to you and talk to you like a person.
Paid for fries, they didn’t put them in the bag. Not to mention multiple other times I pay to add bacon to my burger, and they don’t put it on. As if ppl have time to come back and get what they paid for when they’re on their lunch break. Annoying. Friendliness could be worked on too. I come here a lot for lunch so this isn’t based off of one time. No “hello how are you?”at the window, just “order. K go.” . No confirmation of the order at the window, most of the time they don’t even tell you your total… they just ignore you until they shove the card reader at you. I understand it’s a fast paced low paying job, but it’s literally one of the most customer service based jobs… so have some customer service or find a different job if you don’t care enough to manage short polite interactions.. there’s plenty of non customer facing jobs out there that pay the same or more..

Staff was great.
Grilled cheese burger had 2 grill cheese for buns, but they were neither grilled or hot, so was 2 unmelted slices of cheese and white bread, was not worth the price

Rude at drive through. Kara answers drive through with “ya” and then after order “go”. Train the staff to have manners. This is not one time. Every time Kara is on it is bad.

I have my suspicions on this Wendy’s establishment after eating here occasionally over the years. I’m ordering a burger and fries I develop cold-like symptoms on more than one occasion. This makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the establishment or the handling of the food.
I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but I’ve been sick 3 times this year and 2 of those were after I ate here.

I ordered a combo and my root beer was very flat. It tasted like syrup root beer so I went back and got another one and it was still bad. Then I just got a coke and it was the exact same, it tasted like syrup

Wendy's is always good! but this was the worst location and food!
They drink machine only 3-4 choices, because they "Ran out" , fries are super cold and burger looks liked it slop.
