They never fill the fries up, everytime I order large it comes half full.The fix is just to claim they forgot the item in the app. I really hope skip and Uber take it out from their end.

Hit or miss whether the doors will be unlocked in the morning. Although the website says open 24hrs and the door says opens at 7:30am, often the doors stay locked until after 8am. So it's a bit of a gamble, especially when you're looking for breakfast before your bus comes at 8am. Can I walk through the drive-thru?

Got into the place and nobody was there to take the order. I waited for five minutes. Then shouted for some service. Finally someone showed up and tried to serve seasoned potatoes cold claiming they were only five minutes old while I had been waiting longer than that to order.On my previous visit, I saw an employee toss some tape that he had removed from a sign towards the cooking oil.Have been at this location a few times but will not be going again.

I find this location to be the best one around.Update Jan 2024. Really gone downhill at this location. Dirty and messy inside, homeless sleeping at table, use takeout and avoid going inside.

I was waiting for the order and the girls standing there were asking each other to prepare and conversation was going on just chill we will make it later on. When I called to ask who was standing on the front they were so rude. Such a worst store and staff is manner less. If you don’t know how to have conversation with the customers better sit at home. Firstly, learn value of time and how to talk to the customers.

Don't go here, debit never works, they only take one customer at a time. Takes forever.
Worst Wendy’s in the Lower mainland. Nobody cares about customers waiting at the counter. This is the third time I have been waiting more than 5 minutes before I walked out. One girl I asked for help said she wasn’t on counter and walked away. As a truck driver this is a complete waste of my valuable time.

No one eating there this morning, no one in drivethru except me. Still managed to not put cheese on my bacon egg sandwich this morning. Unsure if theres supposed to be sauce, no sauce. Tried calling to let u know but cant get thru so yelp it is. Fail.

My order was picked up for delivery 3 minutes after I placed my order. I never got the fries I ordered and some of my bacon was undercooked. In the past my burger has been undercooked as well so I’m definitely not gonna try it now. I called to ask if the fryer was working so I could re order and she asked me who I was and then hung up on me. Terrible service.

I have long been a customer of Wendy’s restaurant and always had consistently good meals. Today was unforgettable, not because of the food but the open drug use by people sitting inside the restaurant. There were two people sleeping or passed out with all their earthly possessions at one table and another male heating and then smoking what I believed to be crack cocaine or meth. The restaurant was busy and no staff member seemed to make any effort to deal with the three people. They obviously were homeless individuals but were grossly abusing a public space. This is no place to take children and management seriously needs to prohibit that kind of activity inside their restaurant. I am sure the health department would not approve.
