Place ALWAYS has something going on, either have no sauce for nuggets or no poutine.. when they get deliveries they block off the whole drive thru and also lock the lobby. Useless Wendy’s

This location has gone from one of the best to the worst in less than 6 months
A week ago I went through the drive through and ordered a few burgers and some chicken strips and nachos etc. When I got home and served this to my family it was flat out terrible. Stale, cold, dry, and items were missing. So I called them and started off by telling them that this has been my favorite location for a few years but this meal was awful. They did offer to replace it, they asked me for my info and then told me I would need to mention the managers name in order to redeem my credit. I asked her name but could not understand her. I asked politely to repeat it which seemed to anger her so she replied hastily and even faster which made her even harder to understand. After the 3rd time I asked her name she snapped and told me to shut up and hung up on me. All while I was being as polite as possible. So I called back and she picked up and shouted at me, told me to shut up again without even letting me say a word and them again hung up and then refused to answer my calls after that. So, I had my wife call back and even she could barely understand her but we finally got her name - Parneet or Barmeet we're still not totally sure.
Tonight we went back through the same drivetrough to redeem the credit and they had no record of our order but a different manager honored it anyways which was nice.. but.. it was even more awful than the awful meal it was replacing AND they shorted us 2 more items. So, 4 items shorted in total. Old, dry meat, stale nachos and food that was slapped together without even trying to aim for the bun.
So next time you're there make sure to double check your order, test the food before you leave and if PARNEET is managing, just don't even bother. Unless you want to be insulted for not being able to understand her broken english through her snooty'ness.
Wendy's if you see this... I love you, please don't let this bad behaviour become the new normal.

This Wendy's location hits it outta the park EVERY time! My order is EXACTLY how I requested. Above and Beyond for a fast food place and so quick! I purposely get off the hwy to go to this location and then back on the hwy to carry on home. Worth the stop!
