We ordered:
-Sweet and Sour Pork
-Dry Garlic Spare Ribs
-Chicken Chow Mein
-Shrimp Fried Rice

Every dish met or exceeded expectations for Chinese take out. The dry garlic spare ribs were phenomenal. My wife was making me a plate and everytime she put a spare rib on my plate she popped another one in her mouth. Fantastic ribs!

Hit or miss. Chow mein was great, deep fried wonton was barely edible. They try to mask the deep fried wonton with 2 cups of sweet and sour sauce on the side to cover it up.

A couple of days ago we ordered by phone and we were waiting for the food to be delivered as it usually comes very quickly because we live close by. We waited quite awhile and then the restaurant called us and said our order was waiting for us to pick up? Since we always have it delivered I was a little confused but they said if we could wait a bit longer (the delivery driver went home) they would personally bring it to us. The person who dropped it off was their General manager Dan and said they were sorry for the mixup and it was on them even though I tried to pay.I appreciated the customer service from him and Jessie who fields all the phone orders.
We have always enjoyed the food and will continue to go here seeing how much care they have for their customers.

It tasted bad for 80$ really plain looked pale white and yea tasted yeasty the chicken ball so so so bad the rice plain and egg in it was just cooked weird and chunky ginger beef not bad service was nice white owned def NOT ASIAN FOOD WHITE PEOPLE FOOD will be back to our regular Asian owned spot tried new spot ONCE cause was closed today for unforeseen circumstances and def regret it so bad ew

Ordered take out for Father’s Day dinner and it was a complete disappointment! We ordered 4 dishes and shrimp chips and it came to almost $100! The chicken chow mein was dry and tasteless and barely had any chicken in it, and the beef with oyster sauce and ginger, 98% of it was onion. It legit only had 10 pieces of beef in it (see pic attached!) It should NOT cost over $25 for a container of onions!!! The food court chinese food tastes a million times better than this crap! Never again!!!

I would have given a higher rating however my last order was not acceptable. As per the reviews I even called provide my feedback directly to a manger instead of writing a google review. The manager was not available and I was told that I would receive a call back. It’s been months still no call back. This was my last pregnancy craving before I gave birth and we ordered take out. The sweet and sour pork meat tasted old, mushrooms were included a dish I asked there not be and the chow mein had soggy noodles after I asked for crispy. This is unfortunate as it was previously our go-to place.

There was a mistake with my order,.. only because it was a substitute on a dinner for six, and the young lady was new (mistakes happen) in my opinion it’s how businesses rectify mistakes and situations. We called in the mistake and the manager went above and beyond our expectations. The food was excellent- as good as western Chinese food goes,.. and the gracious complimentary credit was an amazing and breath of fresh air for me. I’m a grassroots hospitality person and this is exactly how I would have handled it. Well done!
