Our server, Melody, was awesome. She was very careful of my food allergy and attentive. After our delicious meal she answered some questions we had about the island and even shared a spot to check out some local wildlife.
We enjoyed the octopus appetizer (most tender octopus we’ve ever had), the chicken and seafood pasta entrees, and the most delicious semifreddo for dessert.
With our bill, Melody brought us tea cakes from the “take home” section of the menu. We’re enjoying them with breakfast today and wishing we lived closer to Camas so we could go there more often.

Simple menu, however, frequent menu changeovers for those that like variety. Chef Sarah’s passion pours into her food as well as her service. Don’t sleep on Camas, make your reservation now!

Perfectly executed by the entire team with passion and style. A fusion of learning, skill improvement and fun, all while being fed amazingly curated regional Pizza styles and hand crafted cocktails. Sarah is the kindest, funnest, bestest hostess and extraordinary chef. How lucky is Lantzville to have Camas. Sarah listened with genuine grace to my family’s desire to just a proper high tea as a celebration of life for our mother. Her suggestions and willingness to serve 72 guests fish and chips all at the same time was outstanding. All of the food was superb and the atmosphere was perfect, warm, friendly and so beautiful. Never to be forgotten was the lavish Easter Sunday dinner our family also enjoyed after spreading our parents ashes. What a relief to find Sarah ready for us all with sparkling wine, canapés, and then traditional roast beef, Yorkshire ours and all the trimmings. And the best best trifle! We are still enjoying the leftovers, beautifully wrapped and shared with us to go. Sarah and crew, you are in our hearts. ❤️🙏🌹

Exceptioonal food, drinks and great service. The prix fixe is a great value and allowed us to sample a much greater portion of the menu than we would have normally. The atmosphere and location is lovely, will definitely be back in future.

Best meal I’ve had here during my visit, and that’s saying a lot. Daniel was funny and attentive. Wine was perfect as a pairing. Met one of the two chefs who was delightful.
