Very disappointing. I went through the drive thru 2x, ordering the cilantro crispy chicken rice bowl and twice I got totally ripped off. On both occasions my bowl had only 3 SMALL squares of dry chicken, less than 1" in size, a few leaves of lettuce and 6 tomato cubes. Yes, 6. After the last incident I called and lodged a complaint. My information was taken down and I was told the manager would call me. Nothing. It has been over 1 month and nothing. Those rice bowls aren't cheap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS TIM HORTONS. THE MANAGEMENT OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T CARE.

Bad customer service, food is no where near up to park as Tim's should be. Drinks are not filled good and food is dry even when it has extra butter, they add a small blob on part of it while it's dead dry. Seriously just irritating especially when it's happened multiple times. More then 5. So not impressed

Horrible customer service. Used the app for 20% off ice capps and we asked for expresso added in. They refused to give the 20% off. I explained that all tims in nanaimo give the 20% off by ringing in the ice capps and expresso separate. All three associates were rude and laughing. The one thrust the pin pad at as we said we had to go. Unacceptable behavior. Always an issue when we go to this Tim Hortons. Won't be going back!
I went into this Tim Hortons and I watched one of the workers reconfigure the muffins in the display with his bare hands that did not look clean. Should probably wear gloves when doing something like that handling peoples food. Also no hairnets were worn by any of them employees, touching, and handling food completely disgusting.

I asked for 10 timbits no chocolate and guess who has chocolate timbits. I only go here cause its comfort food for my wife. total garbage

Got there at 9:38pm to the drive thru. (Closing hours online say 10pm) Waited to order and even said hello several times. Finally drove through and Could see the staff member inside. Drove up to the main doors to see if we could go in but doors were locked. 3 cars behind us ended up leaving as well. Shouldn't close before closing hours.
