use to have a bunch of first nation staff working. Once they made Irish manager all the first nation staff were let go. Service is slow, flys and fruit flies on all the doughnuts and muffins. Last time I went I asked for a XL steep tea double double and got a XL double double. My coworker went for me the next half hour and i got another double double instead of steep tea. tried calling and no answer. Went in person to ask if i could get a new steep tea and the worker just stared at me and said “i’ve never had to deal with this before.” and just stood there.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a really bad experience at this Tim Hortons. The manager — I think her name was Irsi — was unbelievably rude and had zero manners. I’ve never been treated like that at any Tim Hortons before. It was shocking and disappointing. I’ll definitely think twice before coming back to this location.

Fun vibes at this Timmies, staff were so nice and our order was quickly filled.
Showed up for a coffee and tea at 954 and no answer in the drive thu. Then went to the window and was told they were closed, which wasn't true. This is disappointing since when I worked in fast food it was a big no no to close before the time..... Oh how times have changed. Oh and this was the Leadville B.C location. September 6/2025

Stopped in at this Tim Hortons on the way to Parksville/Qualicum and had a really great experience. The people working there were super friendly and welcoming, which made it such a nice break in the drive. Service was quick, the food and coffee hit the spot, and the overall atmosphere just felt really positive. Definitely a great place to stop when you’re heading through!

I go to this location every morning around 6 30. I order a triple toasted double stack, a large refill black with one sugar. Easy and familiar. But the one older lady with glasses and Grey hair doesn't like to triple toast and has repeatedly and purposely ignored my order and single toasted. ive voiced my concern respectfully on several occasions. Today she stared me in the face and said triple toasted then handed me me a single toasted muffin again even after I returned one 2 days earlier. I can't understand purposely doing thst to a customer. And I work retail too.
