Comox BC staff member Roderick is a truly effective staff member with a great outgoing personality.
Together we questioned why some cups are called "china" which prompted my research into the "China Vs porcelain" concept. Part of "things I never thought of before" like "bone china using actual ash from animal bones.

Not actually a Tim Hortons. It’s a Tim Hortons Express. It’s just a little area where you can get the coffee.

Don't be fooled. Tim's is gone. Now it's only the Canex cashiers making coffee that you self-serve. If I'm pouring my own coffee, why does it not come at a discount? My service was great though; I gave myself a tip.

Yummy!!!! Particularly the coffee smoothie (slushy). Perfect for starting a busy day during a summer heatwave. Service was great, fast & friendly.

Self service Tim's. Coffee only.
Not worth the stop.

It took over 10 years from when I first heard that the new Canex will be getting a "popular coffee franchise." I never would have thought I was going to have to pour my own coffee though. Not that it's a problem. The machines are easy to use and it tastes like Tim Hortons.
