Waiting 10 minutes to order when drive-thru has 3 people working and no one on till
I had a really great experience at Tim Hortons in Lillooet. The whole team is very professional, friendly, and welcoming. You can clearly see that the person responsible for the restaurant and the staff genuinely care about providing good service.
They take the time to listen to customers, treat everyone with respect, and always make an effort to make you feel welcome. The staff are kind, patient, and professional, even when it gets busy.
