I loved everything about my stay, the view, the comfy beds, the tub, nice and clean. We both want to stay againđŸ„°

If you want to pay $3.95 for a medium-sized coffee, have at it. I just go to the gas station and get a $2 one.
Very overpriced and lacking real service

What a gem!! I landed at this place by accident and I was absolutely impressed. The view is stunning. The food choices are plentiful (including gluten free options). The food was delicious. Thank you for a 10 star lunch!

Stopped for a late lunch while on a drive up-Island with visiting friends from Ontario. The atmosphere was plain but the view was amazing and kept our focus outwards. The service was good - attentive but not too obtrusive. I had a halibut burger with fries which were both very good - nice piece of well-cooked halibut and the fries were fresh and crisp with just enough salt. Unfortunately, the “jus” with my wife’s beef dip was bland. Our guests each had a curry, which tasted okay but would have been much more appetizing if the curry had been served on the side instead of over the rice, which “drowned” the rice on the bottom of the bowl in sauce.

The food was extremely subpar. We were a group of 6 and everyone complained that the food was subpar. The atmosphere and the view were nice.

The food is not the best around. It is, however, better than fast food when you have had a rough day.
That being said, the views are exceptionally incredible, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, you will never have to wait for service, always prompt and very quick to respond. Definitely one of my favorite places to do dinner.

Kid-friendliness: Very open and welcoming for children.
Start your child off in life with a little class.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.

Been there done that, your food sucks. Your prices are expensive and the owners are kinda nasty. It's an old place with outdated everything, including owners
The views are nice tho.
Instead, try out Souls Toast next door.
Tasty food and reasonable pricing.

We stopped at this place to have lunch on our way to Nanaimo. Didn't expect such a fine restaurant right beside highway. It sits next to a spectacular viewpoint of Pacific ocean with mountains in the backdrop. Becca took our order who was really nice & caring. We tried their Thai chicken curry & House curry with coconut & Shrimp. Food was tasty & price was moderate. Overall we had a very good experience, specially the view with the food was priceless!

Every last bit about this restaurant was flawless, the food was exceptional, the service was amazing and the view is to die for. Our server, Kali was extremely warm and welcoming. We asked her to recommend some food as it was our first time. She recommended the fettuccine Alfredo and the butter chicken both were perfect I also got the chicken quesadilla for my little one with was very tasty with a quite generous portion

Weird place. Ordered a drink and was told I was required to buy food once my drink arrived. I didn’t want food but they said they had to add a fake food charge to me receipt so they don’t get in trouble with their liquor licence. I have been in law enforcement for over a decade and never have heard of this. I also confirmed with the liquor control branch that this is made up. Nice job lying to customers to sell more products!

We were staying at the Moonwater Lodge so went for dinner and breakfast. Both meals we excellent. They even made my hubby French Toast by request for his birthday (not on menu)! Fun, friendly staff, beautiful views! We will be back for breakfast on our way to Vic next time!

My mom and I ate here the other day for lunch. We both ordered a burger and fries. While the view was gorgeous, the service was very slow and rather terrible. Our food did not come as ordered and we both got sick later that afternoon. The dining area was not clean, and very loud. Although there were servers, we were not attended to - I needed to get my own napkins and water re-fills. Honestly, I would not recommend this restaurant.
