Well it was year and years of great food, going to miss this place...retired and gone is one great Chinese food restuarant. Relax in your retirement and thank you for all the food I loved.
I have ordered take out about a dozen times and sat in for dinner at least once and It's not always consistent. I've had jellow-ey sweet and sour pork a couple of times and ginger beef that was flavorless and dry once or twice but the times that they do nail it, it's good.Let's face it, there isn't 5 star Chinese food in Maple Ridge.
Hole in the wall that's for sure. Doesn't look like much outside and maybe not in as well.. but I'm telling youEVERY FOOD LOVER pay attention to this restaurant. Never got to meet the cook but WOW can he (they?) cook! You're greeted with a wonderful woman that loves you like a mother. Even during COVID this place is busy! And for good reason. I may be vegetarian with little to order but she was informative on what I was able to eat or not. Even made upgrades...
