Workers were all extremely friendly. Great food for a reasonable price! The sashimi came in large slices and the rainbow roll was delicious. The staff made me feel like a regular customer.
I had kept hearing about how good takoyaki is from Japanese pop culture. However, in every other place that I tried it, I couldn't even finish the first piece. Yuck! I refused to accept the idea that I wouldn't like it. So today I vowed to try takoyaki from every Japanese restaurant in town until I found one that didn't repel me! Since trying Hako about a year ago, I will only eat sushi here now. Their food is simply the best! There is no need to try anywhere else. Super fresh, super delicious, perfect portion sizes. Just excellent all around! My favorite is the Oshi sampler, korokke, salmon flower, and their lunch combos (all are great!).
