My family loves this spot! Staff are so kind and the food is incredible. Pretty sure they make the best beef dip I've ever had. And the club sandwhich?? Blows everywhere else out of the water

Home Restaurant is a Diner style down home Restaurant. Depending on the time you may need to wait, but it's well worth it. The servers are welcoming, friendly, and accomodating with any special needs. My favorite times to go are for breakfast and the portions are sizable, and the food is delicious. The prices are great especially for a family. Also a great place for coffee and a piece of pie from their ample selection. Can't miss Hap-pie Hour which runs from 7:00pm to closing. I think it's always worth a trip to Home.

Our first visit was for breakfast and we were not disappointed! The portions are generous and the service was excellent. Also - the jam and pb are ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our second visit was for an early dinner and again had plenty of leftovers. The service and staff and so friendly and welcoming. Easy access off Lougheed and lots of free parking. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely save room for pie.

The place is Canadian restaurant it looks like vintage and I like it is simple casual and tasty everything I got was great 😊 my favourite was the coconut pie is was so creamy and softy and the bbq meat balls with mash potatoes and Brussels was awesome

Dried shoe leather ham, and cold, cold or like warm hash browns, overcooked eggs, dried out toast. Use to eat here all the time, but too many times, not very good! Service was good

It's not as good as it used to be. Service is sub-par. Food, nothing to write about, and horrible coffee. Ugh Not going back at least 6mon-1 yr. Need a good break before trying again
UPDATE: ( a few years later) I'm really like this atmosphere as I've become more of a regular now. I did say I'd never do that, but there's been definite changes. The coffee is great and so is the service!!! Always a happy staff. That really makes all the difference. most of the time, lol. Food- much better...( new cooks?)

Great staff. Decent food and value but the star of the show is the pies.
Today I took the kids out for breakfast, kids meals are $9.99 and include a drink and dessert no matter what they order. I got the special, Alpine Benny for $15.99 and it was the best eggs Benny I’ve eaten in a while. So good. Free refills on coffee - who could ask for more.
