This place has a beautiful ambience and good quality food. Friendly staff and fast service
I’m speaking about the Surrey Central restaurant.
1. Our party of 4 was served their hot food on on absolutely ice cold metal trays, these trays were so cold!!!- the only explanation I could think of is the metal trays were next to a wide open window or door- outside temp. was 0 degrees. The hot food was only a 1/2” of height in each of the trays ‘bowls’ so was lukewarm very quickly- the cold trays stayed cold throughout and made our meal uncomfortable for sure!

Ustaad G76 Maple Ridge is a restaurant serving authentic Indian cuisine. The food is amazing, delicious, and fresh. The butter chicken was tender and delicious, and the rice had peas in it. The garlic Naan was also so good, and the mango lassis were very filling but so yummy. The Malai Chaap and Paneer Tikka are packed with flavor and grilled to perfection. Highly recommended items include the Amritsari Kulcha and Achari Chaap. Other dishes like Kadai Paneer, Chana Bhatura, Pav Bhaji, Veg Thalis, Veg Noodles, and Paneer Malai Tikka are also spot on. The portion sizes are generous. The decor is fun, and the music is great. The service is good, with friendly and helpful servers. The restaurant is in a small mall with lots of parking spaces available. The location is not great, but the food is worth it. There are great vegetarian options, including Chana Bhatura, Aloo Tikki Chat, and Papdi Chaat. This place is the best Indian restaurant in the area.
