Il Corsaro Pasta Bar offers a diverse menu of Italian dishes, featuring a set menu option for larger parties. The restaurant provides vegetarian options and is wheelchair accessible, with parking available behind the establishment. Customers frequently praise the cozy atmosphere and the attentive, knowledgeable staff, who take great care of guests and offer good suggestions from their specials and small menu. Many visitors enjoy the delish food, especially the prawn special and the Sicilian soup, and appreciate the beautiful flavors in every bite, with some noting that the experience reminds them of old-school Italian flavors. The restaurant is considered a little gem in Maple Ridge, perfect for special evenings and celebrations like birthdays. While the place can be pricey, most agree that the quality of the food and the overall experience make it worth it. The staff is helpful, making each visit enjoyable. The house red wine is a favorite, and guests often leave full with leftovers. Reservations are recommended on weekends due to limited seating, as the restaurant is cozy and intimate. Although one reviewer noted that the online menu prices may not always match the actual costs, dine-in experiences are generally positive, and many look forward to returning soon.
