Unfortunately, this was one of the worst subs I’ve had from Subway. The bread was stale, very stiff, and way too chewy—it felt like it had been sitting out for a while. It completely took away from the rest of the sandwich. Really disappointed, as this isn’t the quality I expect from Subway.

I recently placed an order through the subway app, and within 35 seconds of ordering I called the subway that I had ordered from to cancel my order. The gentleman I spoke to told me that it was and I quote OK because I haven’t started them yet When I told him that I was going to order through Skip the dishes as soon as I got my refund back, he told me that they don’t give refunds. I called my bank to put a stop payment but it had already gone through subway had my $59.76 After making numerous phone calls speaking to the owner who basically told me I was trying to rip him off, I told him to speak to the man that had worked last night and he would tell you straight up that he never made the sandwiches out somebody there was lying Because the owner is saying that the food was made, and it had to be thrown out, which is an absolute lie because I spoke to the man within 30 seconds of ordering and cancelled my order. I have contacted Subway customer service. They have done absolutely nothing. I can’t get a phone call from anybody. Subway has blocked my number. I absolutely do not recommend this subway location or any subway for that matter. So the manager owner, whatever he is of this subway is a liar and a thief. He refuses to give my money back. They blocked my number, so I can’t contact them and corporate has done nothing.

Girlfriend placed order on the subway app and then canceled it within 30 seconds was told when she called that it was no problem they did not even start the order. No refund given as yet they have blocked her number and mine now. They stole $59.76 from her. To me that the food was not picked up and had to be thrown away. Crooks.

honestly the portions are abysmal. terrible portioning for the veggies, i had to ask for more lettuce twice, because they think adding lettuce should be like drizzling a single layer of sauce. had to ask multiple times for more veggies, because apparently the worker believes that veggies should be added like sprinkling salt and pepper, and as if veggies aren’t an essential part of the sandwich. atmosphere was ok… and cleanliness was satisfactory.
