When I moved to Maple Ridge, I lamented the loss of the good Korean fried chicken I enjoyed in other parts of the Lower Mainland. I was pleasantly surprised to discover Kocodak, which is far and away the best Korean fried chicken place hands down. The chicken is crispy, flavorful, and downright delicious. In my mind, there is no better Korean fried chicken place than this beautiful family-owned restaurant.
