Everything great . No comlaints other than the fact that there is dairy in 99.997 percent of your food and beverage products. Oat milk or soy at the very least would be a great option for all of us lactose intolerant individuals. Serious changes need to be made to ingredients on food items. I think it may cost a little more but youll tap into a huge market that size of it may be under estimated. Sales would go up because more items would be sold.

I went to three locations to get a Boston cream. The first location had no donuts. The second only 2 chocolate dips, no other donuts. The third location at least had a couple of types but no Boston creams. Garbage.

The morning staff are absolutely amazing! They are always smiling and friendly! Love this Tim Hortons. My only issues isn’t even with the staff it’s self it’s the drivers (customers) who don’t know how to pull ahead and are not paying attention to why there are always a longer wait.

I just bought 2 egg and cheese, an apple juice and a tea. When i reach work i couldnt find the hasbrown. They are just in hurry to get you out of the drive through. Very disappointed and bad service. I want a refund for these hashbrown.

This Tim Horton’s is consistently frustrating due to its perpetual lack of stock. It's almost like they have a talent for being out of everything I want. Donuts? Nope. Soup? Nope. Sandwich? Maybe. It's as if they take pride in disappointing their customers with their empty shelves. While the quick service is a small consolation, it's overshadowed by the constant disappointment of visiting a seemingly perpetually out-of-stock shop.
