The morning staff are absolutely amazing! They are always smiling and friendly! Love this Tim Hortons. My only issues isn’t even with the staff it’s self it’s the drivers (customers) who don’t know how to pull ahead and are not paying attention to why there are always a longer wait.
These employees are great! Even when they’re running short, they try their hardest! A little patience and empathy goes along way. Fast food is a difficult job, you don’t understand it unless you’ve actually worked in the industry!???

Everything great . No comlaints other than the fact that there is dairy in 99.997 percent of your food and beverage products. Oat milk or soy at the very least would be a great option for all of us lactose intolerant individuals. Serious changes need to be made to ingredients on food items. I think it may cost a little more but youll tap into a huge market that size of it may be under estimated. Sales would go up because more items would be sold.
