Terrible food. Tried to finish it to be nice but couldnt. All of it was very clearly frozen and tasted like it had been sitting in a freezer for a long time, had a bizzare taste and was stale. Incredibly overpriced as well for what it was. Will not be back.

A great local pub and restaurant in Mcbride BC. They support local farmers and producers and sustainable practices. Lindsey and the rest of the team made my stop very pleasant!

Great atmosphere, service and good selection of beers and hard liquor. Everything I have eaten here has been excellent (burgers, steak, pizza and pasta) If it's close to closing (30 minutes) call ahead and they will stay open for you. Fantastic service. Enjoy.

First, it wasn’t temporarily closed. IT IS OPEN FOR YOUR BUSINESS! What a welcoming environment! Our waitress went above and beyond! Food excellent- we had some crazy special and poutine. Beer - excellent. We were hoping for something named McBride but the amber and porter were very tasty. Highly recommend.

On the front page of the menu they boast about their "hand-formed sirloin burgers" so i had to try it on my way through town and wow, what a disappointment.Burger patty was thick but small, and way overcooked so it was tough and dry instead of tender. Like a hockey puck. I dont think it was fresh, hand-formed beef. Onion and lettuce quite meager, and the bun chewy and stale.Poutine had shredded cheese instead of actual curds. Gravy tasteless and fries undercooked and bony. Very small portion.Greek salad was mostly lettuce (why?) And very very little feta. Can not be bought as a side, only a full dish which was disappointingly small for the price.Beer was local and actually pretty good.Service was friendly but slow; obviously the reason people come here is the upbeat staff and lack of local choice.Overall, not a place I would recommend stopping at. Just keep driving.

Right. This is a proper pub. Good local brew beer on tap. Food is good. Had the burgers. Burger patties could be better, bit overcooked. Buns and aoili spot on, fries great. Absolutely coming back and looking forward to trying other menu items.
