One of tje older A&W in small town BC Canada.
So you get good quality and local friendly service.
What else do you need.
You will have to head down town from the freeway but
only a 5 minute drive. There is no traffic ever except maybe during the music festival. Easy access back to the freeway without retracing your route.
Vegetarian options: Lettuce wrap on request

We broke down driving through Merritt and pulled into A&W an over heated mess. Team Leader Conner said we could leave the car until it could get serviced and couldn’t have been more helpful. He even offered up he and his brother to help push the car to the hotel next door. We always stop at this A&W driving through on road trips and the food is always great. Now I can say that while food is great, the small town hospitality is above and beyond.

We ate inside the restaurant and they even delivered our order to us. We had Mamma burger combo's. So yummy.
Just right amount of mayo etc and fries good too.
