“This is always our stop when we come to Merritt. The items in the build your own stir fry were very fresh and had a good variety. They provided us with sample toppings and sauces. It was very delicious and we were very happy with our meals. We also very much appreciated that they let us have our dogs on the patio

“Well, well, well. We are on a cross-country driving holiday and eating at familiar as well as new places. Stopped in Merritt BC to go to Brambles cafe for a dessert; we had stopped there in 2019. Sadly, it closed shortly after we were there...(not our fault) Adjacent to their location is a sports clothing store, called Original 378 Board shop. Walked out with a pair of dress sneakers and a windbreaker! And, the owner suggested a newish sushi restaurant, Coco's Chicken & Sushi located a couple of blocks away. We had an unagi donburi (eel & rice) which was as good as any we've had in our Toronto home base. We also had their Smoked salmon roll which is a more creative version of the California roll. These were so far above in quality and quantity we were truly amazed; ordered a second. If these are representative of the other menu offerings, this is a must place for your sushi cravings. To put that comment in perspective, we will be happily driving from our West Vancouver home specifically to enjoy a delicious and inexpensive meal. JC2”

“So impressed by this A&W store and the integrity of the people who run it and work there. The food is consistently the wonderful A&W quality and the store does right by their customers when something does on occasion go awry. This is a small town that is super busy in the summer and times are challenging in terms of finding, training and retaining people which makes this store all that much more impressive! We will continue to happily give A&W, and this store in particular, our patronage!”

“Definitely go here for the food. My 14 oz ribeye was cooked to perfect med rare. Homemade fries were perfect. Calamari was superb. Hot hamburger sandwich and Greek salad was delicious. Even the sautéed veggies were great. Mix of carrot, broccoli and golden beets. Now for the "service." Awful. Our soggy cardboard straws had more personality than our waitress. Brought out our food and didn't see her anymore until she came to take our dirty dishes. Didn't ask if we wanted dessert or water or another drink. I've eaten at a lot of restaurants and this was hands down the worst service I've ever recieved.”

“Food as usual is very nice with good taste and staff are doing their best to provide good service. But as location is inside gas station store with one seating table make it difficult for them to provide an excellent service with the crowds in a tight place.
I like how their chicken actually taste

Parking: As parking is part of gas station, then actually it is difficult to find parking.

Kid-friendliness: Difficult for kids as only one table for sitting

“Had a great experience at Pizza Pizza in Merritt! It's conveniently located inside a gas station convenience store, which is perfect for a quick stop.

The pizza was fresh and hot. They make everything from scratch right in front of you, so you know it's fresh. They also offer pizza by the slice, which is great if you're in a hurry or just want a quick snack.

The staff was friendly and quick to take our order, and the service was prompt. They often run promotions, so you can get a good deal on your meal.

The shop was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. This is mostly a takeaway place; they only have 1 table with 2 chairs to dine in.

Prices were reasonable, I would say. Definitely recommend it if you're craving some good pizza in Merritt!”
