“I was looking forward for my filled crust pizza. Got the pizza, sat down, but the cheese was dry for some reasons, like rock hard, not melted. So I brought it back and Shelly, the clerk, just had compassion for me, didn't know why that happenned and decided to bring send the cheese back so no other clients get the same experience. She made me an other pizza without questions and gave me a second dipping sauce for free. Thanks for everuything Shelly. Sure I didn't get me stuffed crust, but that pizza and service was still awesome.“

“This was not our first visit to a BP. We have been to some in our travels across B.C. It was better than we remembered.

We ordered two personal pan pizzas and one kids’ meal with bug mac and cheese.

The whiskey BBQ chicken pizza was heavy and sweet, and was a contrast to the light healthy taste of my dining companion’s pizza which was very fresh tasting tomatoes on it with vegetables. The oily crunchy crust was so delicious that I ended up eating it all.

My daughter loved her Mac and cheese. It came with a sundae, for which she choose all the toppings at once, and a lemonade. Unfortunately we were charged extra for the lemonade which should have been included and had to ask for the $3.99 lemonade to be refunded after we paid the bill.

The waitress gave us back $4 in coins, which does not return our extra taxes and tips. Seems like a lack of attention to detail in this one. It wasn’t very busy so maybe she had too many tables to wait on?
