“Staff were swamped but still friendly and got my order right. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because the parking situation which was atrocious. Seen less chaos at a Richmond traffic accident. Pre order and bring a runner with you so you don't have to park.“

I asked if there were dairyfree options, and there were none available, so she offered a flavored syrup that may add a little flavor to my iced coffeeI was impressed by that service. It was also a great value, only $1.25 for my beverage.Great experience“
“Road trip wraps to go please. Just stopped in for a quick bite. Store looked pretty clean, it was later in the evening and only two staff on (that I could see) so the food took a bit before it was ready - it was very good. Could have used a bit less rice in the wrap and a bit more meat if we are being picky. Overall a good experience at one of the better Tim's we have visited.“

Best customer service in the house. He was caring and willing to explain all the menu items, checked to see if we liked the food, and seemed to be very happy. That totally made it for us.“
