It is always such a breath of fresh air when a business goes out of its way to turn a bad day around, especially when the original problem wasn't even their fault. That kind of proactive kindness really stands out. I can’t say enough good things about the team at this Starbucks at The Old Princeton Hwy in Hope BC. After a really unprofessional and discouraging experience today at a neighboring business, we walked in here just looking for a couple of refreshing drinks. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by surprising me with a free vanilla bean Frap, simply to make our day better. It’s rare to see a business take such care of 'traveling customers' who are just passing through. They are all class here thank you for the hospitality!“

“Took awhile to get noticed by the busy staff, seems like most customers use the automated order screens. Food was average. Polite staff. This location has a small lot but there is usually room to park a large pick up and rv trailer across the street“
