It is always such a breath of fresh air when a business goes out of its way to turn a bad day around, especially when the original problem wasn't even their fault. That kind of proactive kindness really stands out. I can’t say enough good things about the team at this Starbucks at The Old Princeton Hwy in Hope BC. After a really unprofessional and discouraging experience today at a neighboring business, we walked in here just looking for a couple of refreshing drinks. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by surprising me with a free vanilla bean Frap, simply to make our day better. It’s rare to see a business take such care of 'traveling customers' who are just passing through. They are all class here thank you for the hospitality!“

“I stopped here on my way from Kelowna to Vancouver for an Egg & Bacon McMuffin breakfast and coffee. I went inside instead of the drive-thru. I considered it quite a good value with a coupon I received in the mail. I am not a huge fan of the order kiosk screens, (and wasn't quite sure how to enter my coupon on it either) so I ordered from an employee who was friendly and efficient. My order arrived promptly, and the washroom facilities were very clean, along with the sitting area of the restaurant. The egg part of the McMuffin was actually pretty substantial from others I have had in the past at different locations, and there was a good amount of bacon as well. The hash brown was also quite nice, and the coffee was fresh. Overall, it was a good experience, especially with the coupon, and I would highly recommend stopping in at this location if you are traveling in either direction.“
