It is always such a breath of fresh air when a business goes out of its way to turn a bad day around, especially when the original problem wasn't even their fault. That kind of proactive kindness really stands out. I can’t say enough good things about the team at this Starbucks at The Old Princeton Hwy in Hope BC. After a really unprofessional and discouraging experience today at a neighboring business, we walked in here just looking for a couple of refreshing drinks. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by surprising me with a free vanilla bean Frap, simply to make our day better. It’s rare to see a business take such care of 'traveling customers' who are just passing through. They are all class here thank you for the hospitality!“

“I wish the McDonald's in chilliwack operated this way.Fast efficient,both lanes are always being waited on and the food is always fresh in hope.If you are ever traveling through that part of the Lower Mainland,this Mc Donalds would be my choice.“
