Horrible customer service. I had made a reso for 8 people to celebrate my friends birthday. Less than an hour before, they called and cancelled. We were willing to accommodate for a different time but they say we couldn’t come for any other time the rest of the night. It tooks us a long time to find a spot that would accommodate us. Along with this, the server on the phone was incredibly short and not helpful.

Took 15 minutes to seat us ( seems like hostess was in the back not checking). Servers walked back and forth a million times while they watched about 5 families come in waiting until they finally got the hostess. Took about another 15 to even have the sever come up to say hi. Then I had a fly in my vinegar which I had noticed after I dumped it on my wings so I got to eat 2 wings and my salad was inedible with old soggy lettuce. Pizza was all crust. Didn't even offer me a discount on my meal. Were there for about 2 hours not by choice. Overall terrible experience, do not recommend this location.

Friendly and professional service. You get a spectacular view of mountains and full of country vibes. We ordered three pizzas for lunch. Bourbon BBQ Chicken, Boston Royal and The Meateor. Topping were fresh. We also ordered Pepsi with ice, but there was too much of ice and Pepsi tasted watery. But they were kind enough to replace them with no ice.
Kid-friendliness: They provide crayons and a drawing paper to keep the kids occupied. Their kid’s menu is good too.

Restaurant was empty when we arrived but host gave us the impression he couldn’t seat us. Once seated, it took forever to place our order. When the food did arrive, one order was only half complete- burger with NO FRIES??? We were told the fries were coming. I looked at the plate the burger was on, and it was dirty!!! The bun looked like some has taken a bit out of them And the bacon on the burger was undercooked. So I Sent that plate back. The pasta was runny and disgusting!! We didn’t have anyone coming to check if everything was ok, we were so thirsty. No refills no nothing…I’ll never eat here again and I’m worried about food poisoning now…great way to start our week away.
Good service. Restaurant was not busy, took an hour to get our meal. Then the soup tasted like flavored water. Fries were soggy. Would not eat here again.

18 years this location has been open for!! Little hidden gem on the side that should be labeled downtown Merritt. Good customer service and the food was delicious, would recommend if your wanting to go for a bite on your way too kelowna or w.e that might be!!
