Very poor experience with server named Sienna D. She pondered forever where to sit us and the restaurant was almost empty. Was rude upon entry and no one ever came by to see if we needed anything or how everything was once we got our food. Very disappointed. The food and atmosphere were good but was spoiled by the server lack of customer service skills and attention to customers. I will not return.

Sent back the drinks because they tasted moldy. They charged us full price for the drinks even though we did not drink them. Will not be coming back. Disappointed in this establishment

Ordered delivery and they forgot the chicken breast for the chicken pecan bowl. Phoned the restaurant and they were apologetic and sent a driver out right away with the chicken and complimentary cookies. Inconvenient and frustrating after 11 hours of traveling but at least they made it right and had it sent out asap.

Not reviewing food or service. Just one star for non allowing to eat with our dog leashed on the patio. If you have a dog do yourself a favor go to mr mike they do allow you to eat on pation with uour dog and provide water bowl! Exellent food and service there.

Good service and nice staff, but my salmon power bowl was not good. Lacked flavour and had a massive clump of soggy spinach in it. I’m not usually a picky eater but the food was less than ideal for almost $30.

Maybe overwhelmed as it was a public holiday, but the service was so slow and help was unavailable most of the time. Restaurant was half empty though.

Ordered a take out order via the app. they forgot half the order which was only two items, it was another 20 minutes longer to wait for it than the expected done time, then we waited another 20 minutes for the item they forgot, and in the end they were cold fries.... , and it wasn't even busy in the restaurant
I arrived at 10.10 and they didn’t let me dine in. Only take out due to big party seated. Don’t go there late thinking you can have late dinner. You might end it up your night hungry like us.

Had a gluten wise burger and the bun was rock hard, when I called to complain they justified it's consistency because it was gluten free and held in a freezer. No offer of a refund. Will never eat there again.

Ordered a mushroom chicken fettuccine and two orders of the chicken Thai bites with two sides of ranch for delivery this week, got sent just noodles and alfredo sauce and missing one order of Thai bites and only one side of ranch. Called back, spoke to the male manager on the phone who seemed intoxicated, he claimed he’d send it out again. I got sent a literal box of plain chicken and that’s it (supposedly for the pasta). Normally one of my families regular places to order from on a Friday night but it’s drastically gone down hill since Cody quit…
