Usually BP is a generic go to for a quick sit down meal and cold beer. For starters they don't offer Rickards red on tap here even though it's still clearly on the menu. Our service couldn't have been any slower. One drink and a water waited nearly 15 minutes. Additional drinks we had to ask for straws one at a time. Eventually we were able to order our meals. Now the real wait. After a while we thought our orders were forgotten about when the food started to show up. The triple play showed up a complete fail. Requested the cactus cuts to be extra well done. They were the most soggy I had ever seen. The banderra bread came out crispy. Bunrt is the word. The chicken. Cold. Sent the whole meal back. The other order at the table. Wings and things. Wings and fries. Had to remind them fries were missing. Over all for the hour plus we spent here here we're probably not stopping here again.

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Fantastic!! Sadly, the kids menu meals we ordered for our grandkids were the worst. The mini pizza had barely any topping and was burnt. The hamburger bun was squished flat and looked like someone had scraped off freezer burn and then nuked it. I love BP but if you want the loyalty of families the kids meals have to matter.

The gluten-free pizza crust is the best out there. The spicy perogi pizza is on point.

Pizza was good, the chicken strips looked as though they were a week old and stale. No refills on the water and I was thirsty the whole time; however, despite having numerous staff, only one lady was running around while everyone else was standing around chatting at the server station. The server we had was kind and doing her very best. The others need to get off their butts and help clearly. It should be a team effort.
