I came in late (past 9:30 PM) for dinner and appreciated the friendly service so close to closing time. Catering to a large group, spread out over 2 tables late in the evening, is not a great task for wait staff. However, they really tried hard to accommodate us and were extremely helpful. My dish was ok, but I had better at other Boston Pizza locations. I'm typically dining at more high-end restaurants, so might not be the best judge of this type of branded restaurant. Kudos to staff and management for the friendly, warm welcome.

I ordered the Big Dipper and it was the worst meal I’ve ever had at Boston Pizza. The beef was like rubber and I could not chew it. I don’t even know if it was beef. Never going here again. Boston Pizza is not the same as it was. It has gone completely downhill.

Took them a few minutes to notice we wanted seated. We chose the bar side. Took our seats as we were told to seat ourselves. 5 minutes passed and we hadn't got drinks or a menu let alone approached yet. We're about to leave then a server arrived, with about 0 enthusiasm. Got our drinks, ordered food. Finished said drinks, they sat empty for 20 minutes with no check in, or offer to refill, we had finished our food, which was not brought with cutlery. Looks like our original server just left and the new guy had no idea who we were. Took our plates, offered the bill without asking if we wanted anything else, which we did want something else. Our desert arrived, which a new server remarked, "oh you have no cutlery". The best thing about all of this was. We sat ourself right next to the POS they all use to put the orders into, we had a steady flow of 5 different server constantly walking past. I've never felt more of an after thought in a restaurant. Food was decent.

Service is absolutely terrible & definitely expect everything to go wrong, we literally had to get up to get our own side plates after asking 10 times when it wasn’t even busy in the middle of the week. Pizza had 0 taste The waitress messed our order and never brought anything we asked for, the manager Cody was extremely unreasonable and unprofessional.
The food was pretty good, however some people got thier food early, and then we had to wait a long time for other's food and then the og food was cold. also the waiter mixed up the names of the food
