Very cool spot in Merritt. We popped in for a quick drink after charging our car and had no idea how fun it was inside. Great beer, air hockey, foosball, skeeball, great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back

One of the best places to visit in Merritt if you're passing through, or if you're a mainstay. Great beer, great vibe, and the whole family (yes kids too) can come and relax and have some snacks and play some board games or arcade games, foosball, skeeball, or air hockey. They have 8 taps that are always rotating, and serve WAY MORE than just beer. They also allow you to bring food from other restaurants if you're feeling like something off menu! It's always clean and looking great too, staff is super friendly. All in all - a great spot for a date, a quick pint, or a family outing!

Missed a turn and ended up here. What a happy accident. Love the brewery / skate shop vibe. Good variety of beer. Really like the flights w/ pretzels. Would certainly stop again.

Driving through Merritt, and looking for a place to stop at for lunch. Very impressed! A huge selection beers and ciders, a variety of nibbles and a fun decor! Lots of games, music playing and comfortable seating. We REALLY enjoyed the vibe of this place! Friendly staff too! We’ll definitely stop in here again!

A great brewery tucked away in a small town. Parking is somewhat limited immediately in front of the brewery, but other spots nearby can be found easily. Be sure to try their IPA, and they have some nice merchandise to choose from as well.

Great place to have some craft beers. We don’t try the food as we were hungry but they def have food options. We had the flight to try different beers before we settled on two. My favourite was the HavAnother Lager and hubby’s was Summer of Citrus. You go up to order the beer which is fine. Friendly staff and great atmosphere! Highly recommend.

Today was my first trip to Empty Keg Brew House. I was impressed with the selection of craft beer, radlers, and ciders. I couldn't choose, so I went for a flight to taste four different brews. The tray was hand carved with the most adorable little mason jar glasses! I mentioned to my partner that it was maybe a good idea to purchase a tray for a fundraiser event we would attend next weekend. The owner heard our event was in support of parents who have lost children and in support of men's mental health. He offered us a donation for free. I know it was my first trip to Empty Keg, but I'll stop there every time I'm in Merritt from now on.
We stopped at the empty keg for our first time today. The staff was amazing. Everyone was smiling and friendly. They went above and beyond. The patio was quite busy and we walked in to ask if we could sit with our dog on the patio. They agreed and even offered to put out another table for us if the patio was already full. The clientele all seemed very happy and well taken care of as well. The drinks were great. My favourite of the flight I ordered was probably the hard lemonade. The peach iced tea was also delicious. We didn’t notice until we were leaving that they have foosball, air hockey and skeeball in the back area. We will definitely be back to play! Thanks for the great hospitality!
