Well the service was great I did have to send my food back because they were drowning my food in Gravy lol.. Some people might like that however I like to chew up my food a little bit.

With their star restaurant in Kamloops, ate there many times, so we I found out there was one in Merritt BC, name speaks for itself……………were we wrong! Poor service, barely cooked food and it was a pork cutlet(you can by at Costco for $2.99) and some so called instant potatoes with some store bought gravy, well it all tasted like warmed up poop and it was suppose to be a pork Schinztel well, it was by far from that, thought they had a name, well if you trusted to eating at Home in Kamloops just stay with that one. I was going to call head office the next day but it was not worth the 60 dollars we were charged for same food we could get in a seedy homeless shelter if that. Poor place that runs on a decent name, will not stop again.

In town visiting my brother and he took me here for lunch. Service was friendly and the food was fast and delicious. Best club sandwich I've had a in very long time.

We always stop here when traveling through. About 3 times a year. This time our server was Shane. Let me say that over the years the servers have always been cordial in doing their job. However, Shane was exceptional. He did not miss a beat. He did not bother us too much yet at the same time was there every step of the way to see we had enough water condiments, etc etc. He is a keeper with such a natural concept for his guests. We will stop there again in month or so and hopefully his os on duty... Talked to us as a friend and not just as a nobody passing through....

While on the road, I was in a mood for a schnitzel and the place didn’t disappoint. Also got dessert; great place to eat!
Every time we arrive here, we are warmly greeted. They have a whole menu of comfort food. I try something different each time and I am never disappointed. The staff are friendly and the food is great, what else could you ask for?

Had a great late lunch at the Home. Always tasty. Good size portions. Today tried the beef dip. Lots of flavour. My buddy went for the meatloaf and quite enjoyed it. The server was attentive and personable. Definitely a great stop! Oh and the pie is amazing. Big by itself but a great item to share.

Burger was disappointing - overcooked. Fries were kinda sad. The spicy chicken wrap was good. Way too many tater tots. Service was slow.
