Absolutely delicious! I had a great experience at Mary Brown’s. The chicken was hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned — way better than most fast food options. I also loved the taters; they were golden and not greasy at all. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Very Good chicken selection. Big portions. Fast Food price for sitdown quality
The dinning area was bright and roomy. The doors are very heavy ( could chop a finger off) and not accessible for any in wheel chairs. The bathroom doors are smaller than your average and could bearly get a wheel chair in the doors. Once in, we could not get the chair into a stall. Had to leave and go to another establishment. Please take these comments to mind when renovating. Thankyou for your friendliness & great service when ordering.

Solid place to eat while getting out EV charged on the way to Kelowna. Perfect locations, solid food, good price. Service was quick, friendly and helpful. The staff definitely know what they are doing.
Only bad point is the bathroom. Cramped and dark. Not so great for weary travelers, which I presume is the bulk of their clients.
Otherwise, another good visit at our fave stop in Merrit.

Awesome a little pricey but for the food I got it was so tasty the chicken strips were better then anywhere next time I'm gonna get wedges with my chicken strips cause so many people have said the wedges are awesome better then the shoe string fries was my first time eating here since I moved too

Two points of note. First off, me and my father went through the drive through and had 3-4 cars ahead of us and took about 15 minutes from when we ordered to when we got our food, TL;DR, service was slow for a drive through. Second, the food both me and my father ordered dry spiced items from your menu but then they came with no dry spice in sight, my father also ordered 5 tenders and only four came, the food was also not especially hot leading me to believe it wasn’t fresh. This is my first negative experience at your restaurant so I hope you can improve:)
