Great concept. Large number of very healthy looking options including beef (was restocked after photo was taken) , large frozen shrimp, chicken and tofu plus many vegetables, cashews, and three types of noodles. Choose what you want. Done by weight. Select a seasoning. Rice is free. Fast. Reasonably priced. Friendly waitress and cook. Nice inside and two tables outside with umbrellas. There should be one in every city!

This place is great my only knock is I feel the price is a bit high. Otherwise the staff is super friendly and they help out with any questions or if you're new to Mongolian grill how the pricing and portions work.
The chefs do a great job of cooking the food and I highly reccomend the schezuan sauce (insert rick and morty reference) for those who like it spicy. But everything was good, veggies are cooked to a perfect al-dente with a bit of carmelization and the thin meat soaks up the sauce really nicely.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a good dark wood aesthetic that is very intentional. Noise level is a bit higher than some places because the cooks are in the small dining area but it works to feel like you're in a noodle house. If you want quiet to eat, take it to go and sit anywhere in the mountain air and scenery.

Mongolian Grill as by weight buffet, what an amazing concept. Finally asian food with only the stuff I crave for, and without the stuff i cant stand soiling the taste, I'm embarrassed to not have come up with this idea. On top the foods barbecued to the spot by the obviously skilled chef. I like it. 5 starts. For me as a first time customer they had a friendly explanation jmhiw their concept works, so 5 food 5 service and 5 for friendly... all around awesome experience! Thanks guys!

I love this place! I’m vegan, and my daughter is celiac and the other two in our family eat everything. With the create-your-own- stir-fry style of meal we each found something that hit the spot. The food was fresh, delicious and they had many great sauces (including GF sauces). I also really appreciated how clean everything was (eating area, bathroom, counters). And they even had cucumber and lemon infused water that we could help ourselves to. Thankful for this healthy vegan-option gem off the hwy in Merritt as we passed through town.

I was disappointed by my experience at Mongos given all the 5-star reviews. There was only one more table of customers when we arrived but service was not particularly fast. I also don't understand restaurants that provide high chairs for toddlers but don't offer a changing table in the restroom. There is definitely room for one of those foldable Koala Kare baby changing station in the women's room.

We stopped by on our way back to Langley after our trip to Kelowna, and it was the best decision we made during this trip! The food and service were absolutely outstanding. I already can’t wait for another chance to pass by again. Thank you for making the final moments of our journey truly unforgettable!
