Wings were over cooked Fish and chips over cooked Service was Great ! Music is always Great as well.

Went on a lunch date with my husband and it was perfect. Service was awesome the food even better and the drinks were delicious.

For a steak place, the New York wasn't great. The Caesar salad hardly had any dressing as was only lettuce with dry grated Parmesan cheese on top.

hiring experience. accept job offer, make myself fully avab dropping weekend job. email around 4pm confirm training for next day. by 10pm that evening email again that offer revoked... in little time frame 6hrs went from being hired to let go. wasn't able reply to confirmation email (life,work, not frequently checking emails) in short poor taste what they did. strongly recommend if you apply be on top of it. Mr mikes do better!

Good food, reasonable prices and fairly quick service, no complaints from me except the table top was a bit greasy ( it could be cleaned a little better).

July30, stopped in for a light lunch -table for 4. The server a younger blond lady, def not having a good day! Lack of energy/enthusiasm/did not seem interested in doing her Job today! When seating me placed me next to a booth with people, i asked to move over one to leave an open table between that guest & me -i got pretty close to an eye roll!. Felt like smacking her on back of head! Restaurant not busy at all. Needs a fen attitude adjustment or another job!

I have a lot of allergies and they were very helpful. If you are celiac or have a dairy allergy it definitely does not have any options. But the food was good, the service was helpful and the atmosphere was a little loud

The food was ok, but very unwelcoming service. Our server Priya just walked away before I even finished my sentence wanting to change my drink so I had to ask the hostess to change it which she kindly did.

The food was good but, the service was terrible and the treatment of Priya as a waitress was very disappointing because she wasn’t care about how to treat with her customers.

We visited this restaurant for the first time with a group of friends. The food was really delicious and we were quite satisfied with the quality and taste.
However, unfortunately, one of the servers behaved in a way that negatively impacted our experience. One of my friends was in the middle of speaking when the server abruptly walked away without waiting or showing any patience. This left a bad impression on all of us and ruined what could’ve been a great memory.
I hope the management pays more attention to customer service, because the food is excellent and it would be a shame for poor service to affect the overall experience.

This is one of the best Mr. Mikes I have ever been to. The service is top notch, the food is always fresh and hot. It is the best place in Merritt to eat, bar none.

Ordered a lodge burger, asked for mushrooms instead of bacon. A cost-saver for you. Got seven little rubbery chunks of mushroom (which is fine, whatever), but then charged an additional $3.49 for the mushrooms.
That's nothing but greed and gouging.
Our crew will be told that meal receipts from Mr. Mikes in Merritt will no longer be reimbursed.

MMS has been a regular stop for us as they welcome our 4-Leggeds at their patio seating and as an added bonus, have EV charging right outside their doors.

Last 2 visits were a fail and then epic fail.

Last visit, there was only a hostess doing everything. She did her best but the experience was only adequate plus. Very slow.

This visit (a month later), our dog was not welcome as the (same) hostess explained they are (still) having staff issues and since she is the only one on, wasn't permitted to open the patio on this beautiful 24deg day.

Inside the restaurant also had an odour like you get when you let your cloth wipe too many tables without freshening up.

This was our last visit to Mr. Mike's in Merritt.
