So 1 pizza cost me more that the combo which also included chicken bites Offered a $5 credit only good for 90 days. So if I wanna redeem the credit I'll have to spend more money! Not to mention the pizza was flat,thin skimpy and greasy! They had no problem taking my money but when it came to giving any back, all of a sudden they can't do a reverse transaction! How did this company get So large with service and quality like that!

Staying in a hotel in town and came here for pickup. I ordered the pizza (like I always do) through the Panago app for a fast and language barrier free experience. It was completed fast, quality was very good, and I’m a happy customer. The Chipotle Chicken pizza is 10/10 game changer.

It was hard to order in store she could not understand me. She missed 1 of 3 pizzas from my order and 1 of 3 drinks also. Even after i confirmed my order 3 times i guess she only charged me for 2 drinks cause i had to pay for mine when i went back for the pizza. Not good at all
Had weird experiences here, My 1st visit last week turned great with quality food and customer service. But I believe it's the presence of owner when staff works to their potential. Cause just a week later today when I placed an order, I had weird experience with service while picking up the food. And to add to it the quality was too low, the pizza was not fully cooked even after I mentioned it to be well done, and there's barely any base sauce or cheese on it, all I could taste is half baked bread.
