Love Starbucks coffee but the customer service at the MeritT location is unacceptable. Went through the drive through tried to order at the menu board - no one answered. Drive up to the window the staff saw the vehicle yet did not even bother opening the window. Finally after honking a male aggressively opens the window and yells that the drive through is closed. Advised him that a sign should be placed to advise your customers. He yells at me there is and slams the window. Well...read full review
