As a big fan of Starbucks I usually try to get a coffee at least 3 to 4 times a week while working in Merritt. Unfortunately the drive-thru is 90% of the time closed and they close at 2:00 now. Not sure what's going on but the hours and the drive-thru have been declining for over a year now. The staff is very friendly and that's why it's a three-star. Just too bad to see the company not able to hire enough people to run it I guess? Or is it something else with ownership?...
Another bad Starbucks in two days. Why is this star sucks drive through only. Quit catering to the drive through and mobile orders and bring back customer service. If anything shut down the drive through.
I’ve been disappointed a few times over the years by this location being closed at odd times. Today I arrived at 2:30 and it was closed, the sign on the door said “sorry, we adjusted our hours” but it also said they were supposed to be open until 3pm.
I personally hate all their food items, all their baked goods are way too sweet.
