Once again our take-out order was not as ordered. We asked for specific items due to dietary issues and they again got it wrong and ruined the meal. What we did get was not very good. Maybe ran out of fresh vegetables. Perhaps a different cook. Used to be good but no longer reliable. We won't be back.
I recently visited Bamboo Panda, a Chinese restaurant, and had a mixed dining experience. The Cantonese chow mein and Combo #2 were generous in portion size, providing a substantial plate of food. However, the quality of the dishes was average, with the flavors and presentation being somewhat straightforward and lacking distinctiveness. The house fried chicken was also served in a satisfactory manner although it tasted refried. Unfortunately, our waitress seemed disengaged, which detracted from the overall experience. While the food was filling and decent, the lackluster service and unremarkable flavors left us with a mediocre impression. With some improvement in service and culinary creativity, Bamboo Panda could elevate its offerings to better satisfy its customers.
Don’t order the beef and green onion. There’s no meat at all and bad customer service. The ginger chicken looks like KFC. Very disappointing.
Very disappointing. Went there because we were craving Chinese food. I ordered a chicken ginger. It never said it was deep fried. I was looking for a “healthy “
Option and thought this was a good option. I was shocked when I saw the deep fried looking as a KFC chicken.
In addition, we also ordered beef and green onion. We had to find the beef hidden among the mix of different veggies but green onions. We asked if we received the correct order. Apparently it was…
The seafood fried rice was nothing but a regular fried rice with 1-2 shrimps at a higher price.
Sad to say we spent around $85 before tip. I felt ripped off.
Ordered take out last night, cost me $150, and honestly so disappointed on horrible the food was. Almond chicken was like a kfc chicken strip, mushroom & veggies with black bean sauce. There were barely any mushrooms. Fried rice was horrible. Chow mein & sweet n sour pork was ok. Wonton soup was good, which made up for the rest of the crap! We've ordered from Bamboo for years and this time was absolutely horrible & fricking expensive!
Excellent server Nikka(?)

Loved the food. The service was amazing. Will definitely return.
Dietary restrictions: We had gluten free fried rice and rice vermicelli noodles- both absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

1. The food overall suited Korean tastes well. The fish dish was boneless and delicious, and the meat dish was soft, but the mapo tofu wasn't seasoned well.
2. Facilities It was inconvenient to have the air conditioner turned on right away even though the weather was hot. Because it was rotating, it was easy to scoop up food.

It was the worst restaurant I've ever been. I would rather go to subway.Food was okay but it wasn't clean to eat. I got stomachache after eating in 20 minutes badly.Cold sweats trickled down when i was wating for the washroom. Don't go here.
The taste of the food is surprising, especially in a place far away from a big city, it can be of such a standard.
i thought the food was good, the service was good, and the atmosphere was good. the only problem i have with this place is my little sister got food poisoning and was throwing up all. night. she barely got any sleep and my mum had to leave work to come take care of her. i am severely disappointed about the amount of preservatives you put in your food. if you are planning to come to this restaurant and you are sensitive to preservatives/your’e coming with someone who is, I strongly suggest choosing another place to eat.
The dishes are rich and delicious, especially the fried chicken is delicious
