Food was decent, nothing exceptional but and this is not a food review. This is a service review. The appetizer literally came at the end of the service which made no sense. At that point it became just another dish on the table rather than having any meaning to it. The Kung Pao Chicken had everything but chicken in it.

Food is bland. We had the three person dinner and the deep fried shrimp was skinny and tasted like pancake batter.Also the spring rolls were tasteless. The chicken fried rice was nowhere comparable to what you'd imagine. Then the chow main, same as the rest of the food.Waste of money, try somewhere else or add a bunch of flavoring when you get it cause I've never had a worst Chinese meal in my life.Very very disappointed. Will never buy again.

I have eaten here several times, delivery and once dine in. The sweat and sour has an off flavor, and don't recommend, had the chicken balls I don't recommend. My order for two at $42 advertised was $$75 before tip on delivery and the quality of food wasn't worth half that. Overall not the best Chinese food, unfortunately Merritt does not have many options and one other I had a bad experience with food poisoning.

When we got there we found out it was buffet only... So we thought ok. But there was absolutely no service for drinks (usually at buffet places they offer tea or water). Then the food was actually horrible. Not fresh or flavoured well at all. Yeah, it was disappointing, and we won't be back again.
